1. Customer Account Setup:

  • The customer contacts their ImageQuix account representative and informs Blueprint that they will be using APSLab.
  • The customer provides their Blueprint account number to their APS account rep.
  • The account rep notifies Doug and Aaron about the catalogs the customer needs access to.
  • If APS is uploading images to Blueprint for the customer, provide Doug with the customer’s Blueprint account number and their internal account number for setup in CDS Maintenance.


2. Product/Layout/Background Requests:

  • If the customer needs any products, layouts, or backgrounds added to Blueprint:
  • Email the request details to Brandon.
  • If the request involves sports products, layouts, or backgrounds, include Aaron in the email.


3. Price Sheet Setup:

  • The customer builds their price sheet.
  • If APSLab is uploading images to Blueprint and producing proofs or PNRs for the customer:
  • Complete a Web Hosting Form with the Blueprint price sheet number.
  • Email the completed form to Brandon.
  • If the customer has a specific welcome image or message for their Blueprint account, include this in the Web Hosting Form.


4. Test Order Submission:

  • The customer submits a test order.
  • They provide the test order number to their account representative to ensure that the order processes correctly through the lab and is billed accurately
