  1. CHANGES TO DDLab ORDER FORM – PACKAGES (package contents, adding,removing, placements) – STARTS AT $25  Sample Images are FIXED
    and can only be Removed, not changed.

  2. PURCHASE YOUR DDLab ORDER FORM TEMPLATE FROM PSM and CREATE YOUR OWN.

                                            DDLab:
                   3 Days to Personalize your order form –
            Customer must be specific on their expectations.



  1. We will send you a “proof” of your order form for “approval”

  2. We will send an invoice (if applicable) for design fees and require a credit card payment

  3. Once approved by customer, we will send you the ddlab designed 300 dpi jpg for printing through ddlab ROES. (please do not MAKE ANY CHANGE TO THIS FILE)

  4. 1ST REVISION AFTER PROOFING = 24 HOURS
    2ND REVISION AFTER PROOFING =24 HOURS

  5. Exception Revision:  If DDLab errors, we will fix/revise by the end of business day.


Customer: Proofing – Pay for Changes –Receive Jpg - Order in ROES – 5 Day Production - +Shipping Days 


Make sure that your Order Form has been proofed for errors before printing.
             (ddlabwill not be responsible for errors after printing of order forms)
