5 Simple Steps to using Desktop Digital Lab’s DSPN Full Service Option
Order your sports envelopes. Our staff can personalize your order form just for you. We can arrange your packages and pricing however you want. After your final draft is approved, envelopes will ship to you within 5 business days. When ordering your envelopes, be sure to let us know how many team slate envelopes you will need for photo day.
Photo day. Collect money, photograph, download your files to your computer. Make sure to fill in the blanks on your slate envelopes and that everything is spelled correctly. (coach’s name, team name, etc.)
Prepare your order. Make sure each athlete’s envelope is in its respective slate envelope and completed. Please do not send us your customer’s checks or credit card information. Copy your files to a DVD/CD organized by photographer. If you do not have multiple photographers, just put your files all together on one disk.
Mail your order. Place the DVD/CD and Slate Envelopes containing your customer’s order forms in a box. We recommend USPS Priority Flat Rate. It’s cheap and fast (and the boxes are free). Mail your order to Desktop Digital Lab 1525 Hardeman Lane NE Cleveland, TN 37312
Submission Form. Visit www.ddlab.net. Click Services > Submission Forms > Sports. Complete the entire form.
