Log into the ddlab.net website
Go to ‘my orders’
Type in the league name or job number in the search bar, and search for it using the square button with the magnifying glass on it (located to the right of the search bar)
Open the job using the button under the ‘open’ column
YOU WILL ACCESS ORDER TRACKING AND INVOICES HERE. IF IT’S A FULL SERVICE JOB, YOU WILL ALSO GET ACCESS TO REORDERS, SALES REPORTS, THE SUBMISSION FORM, AND ANY TICKETS THAT HAVE BBEN ENTERED.
To track, click on the tracking button, and copy the FedEx tracking number. Paste the tracking number into the FedEx tracking page on their website:
